R09510 Stops Working. Please Help!

Dear List,

We are having problem with our back account reconciliation. It ran fine last October, November, and December but it stops working now. The F09505 table agrees with the bank statement. The system then takes this info, match it to F0911 and put an entry "R" in GLRCND but the "R" is not populated this time around. When we run the R09510 (this should bring the cleared items over), it shows that the items are still outstanding (not reconciled/clearing). Has anyone experienced this before? I called JDE response line 3 days ago but they still can't come up with anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a note - we upgraded the service pack level from 15 to 17.1 about three weeks ago.
