process <runube> could not be registered

I am facing with an error while executing command "runube <username> <password> PD7333 R0006P XJDE0001 QBATCH B H S ". The system is showing "process <runube> could not be registered". I am executing this command from path /oneworld/b7333/system/bin32/. Also I am executing command from the same user that started oneworld services. The services were also started successfully. Please advice the solution for this issue.

This post should be categorized as EnterpriseOne and not World.

Is this a windows server that you are executing this command from? Use the command line regsvr32 runube from the /oneworld/b7333/system/bin32/ directory for windows

This is not windows server. It is Unix platform. Also this one relates to JDE world. Kindly highlight, if anything that i would be missing for successful execution for this command.
