BI Publisher Error

Hello Every one,

I have created BI publisher object with Excel template (office 2010) with pivot table .The template saved as .xls. The Report definition deployed sucessfully in DV When I run in the server I got a error in job stastu shows FX as XML publisher error
my JDE information
JDE 9.0
Office 2010
Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.4.1

Please help me how to resolve this issue
