JDE OneWorld User Settings

I am a user only. My JDE team tells me that there is no way to limit the number of open WO processing Web Aps that can run cuncurrently on the same PC. As a result, my shop floor operators open too many applications and mistakes are made. Is there no way to change a registry setting on the local machine that will limit the number of open JDE OneWorld WO programs running in the browser? Please help!
