Addesss Book File F0116 Audit

Is there an audit program set up for this file? We are looking to see who and when an address has been changed.

We see this audit in table F0101Z2. I don't know if that is something set up during implementation or if it is standard.

You will have to set up the Address Book program P01012 and its associated MBFs P0100041,P0100042 & P0100043.

If it is setup then the audit data gets stored in F0101Z2 for Address book,F03012Z1 for Customer Master and F0401Z1 for Supplier Master.
F0116 audit data is stored in F0101Z2.

There is no audit per say but activating the "Address by Effective Date"
option in the address book constants helps a lot in this situation.
