FASTR Balance does not equal 902 Balance

Can someone please help, as this is driving me barmy!

We have a Trial Balance FASTR which we run, but on 2 accounts the balances are not correct, in that they are exactly 100 times what they should be.

On checking the 902, the balances are perfectly fine, and all other accounts on the TB are normal, but these 2 are not. We can't see any settings anywhere in JDE that would cause this to happen, so are a bit stuck as to how to fix it.

We've done a repost and annual close to make sure everything is pulled through to the 902, but this doesn't make any differene.

Has anyone got any ideas on how we can fix this?

Many thanks

Ben

Look at your Trial Balance FASTR definition. May have a problem there.
I know, it can be very hard to track that. Or you may have found a JDE
bug. I found a FASTR bug (I am on cum 12) a few months ago and reported
it to JDE support. Had to do with account ranges and business unit
selections - one specific combination, which I forget what it was now.
You may be better off at this point reporting this to support. They can
dial in and look at your data and run debugs on the program to figure
out the problem, which you won't be able to get from those of us on this
list.

If the FASTR is a row report, verify that the Division Factor specified in Override Default Information and the Display Decimals value for the rows selecting the accounts in error are a logical combination. e.g. if the Division Factor is set to 100, then Display Decimals should be set to 0.
