Web Version Only

I have a question on Web only Version.
Can we have web only version submitted to a perticular job queue?. I have checked with no success but want to know if its possible. The diff i saw was web only version doesn't have a MachineKey in versions list table.
If we cannot assign a queue then i'm curious to know how it picks up a perticular queue?. All our web only versions run in QB7333.
