XPI upgrade to 8.94

Hello all,
I just got the message today that I have to take actions to upgrade our XPI from 4.6 to 8.94. I found some documents on the KG (8.94 Foundation Installation and Setup & 8.94 Integration Platform Upgrade guide) but I can't seem to find a direct upgrade path from 4.6 to 8.94?

Did someone do a similar upgrade with XPI already? Can you give me some pointers?

Yes, you have to rewrite all the integration because EnterpriseOne adapter for Integration Server is completely change from OneWorld Adapter for Adapter Manager. For installation you can install it siply in another directory on the same server, only pointers is that Integration Server MUST use own JVM else doesn't run.

Or alternatively you can still reuse the Existing integrations by keeping a hybrid architecture.
Integrations on IS Server & Broker

Many IT managers wont be so much open to the idea of rewriting integrations which took quite some resource.

We have done the migration from XPI4.5 to XPI8.92(IS) with all our custom broker codes converted to IS.
