The JAS E1 table spec (For the table that is being queried) is not in sync with the physical table in the database. If you can see data using UTB on a FAT client then it looks like the JAS specs are out of sync , in which case you can build and deploy a package.
If you cannot view data from UTB also then the there is a mismatch between the spec and the database which you will need to investigate and fix.
