Job to execute column entries

Hi list,

Can anyone encountered this menu display issue:-
Few Ow logins will not able to see the entries in the column of "Job to execute" in any menus. It happens, and sometimes is OK to certain users, making it random occurance.

the user didn't hide the column, and he can see the Column title on the screen, but there's just no entries display in the column. By the way, he can execute the versions/program..no problem on that part.

Is there's any jde.ini settings that control that section of display?
The users login into OW via Citrix servers(thin client).

Does the "PWndLocation=............" in the jde.ini contributes to this display issue?

Do you see the actual Column title of 'Job to execute' and just no entries
under it or do you not see the column title?
You may want to try and deleting the registry entry for that particular
user.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JDEdwards\Explorer\Settings.USERNAME

The few users see the actual Column title of "Job to
excute" but there's no entires. (suppose to have).

But most users can see the entries.
Users need to view the entries so that they can
identify which program ID/version during
troubleshooting.

Changing the reigtry will help? Any reason why it
happens? Sometimes the use complain that he can't see
the entries. then, next week it's Ok..then another
user might hit the same problem.
