Mismatch during generation

I applied SP18 to the deployment and enterprise server and built the update package for foundation. I applied SP18 to the Jas server and applied the package to the fat client on the Jas server which I use to generate objects. When I attempt to start gen.bat I get the following error:

The Generator and Client System code are incompatible
The Generator Version: B733_3_SP18
The Client System Version: 1.0.0.2

Any ideas would be appreciated. I have a call open with JDE but they are baffled by this.

My users in the UK which access OW via the HTML client have lost a day of work because I am unable to generate the objects.

I don't know exactly what can it be, but ... have you applied a full client
package to the
JAS Server pathcode or just the update foundation? I think that you should
apply a full
client package there.
