Web Client does not load menu

Hi I would like to know if anyone has ever had the problem where you can login into your web client but once in you only see the fastpath and it does not load the menu. If any one could give me poiters on how to resolve this that will be appreciated.

I've actually seen it, yes. In my case, it was a wrong setting of the Spec data source in JDBJ.INI, but it would probably be the same if your user's system user is not allowed to read certain tables.

You should probably check the JDBj Bootstrap Datasource of your server and database connectivity in general.

As this being your first post I should warn you to give as much info on your system and issue as possible, otherwise you will get a lot of sour answers.

Verify the SPEC Datasource section of your JDBj.ini.
For exact issue, verify the jas logs.
