Oracle 10G on ERP 8

We are currently testing an Oracle 10G upgrade on our test system and we are having problems locating the required libora101.so and JDBOCI101.DLL files.

We cannot find these files in the 10G install on either the client or server. JDE say they are Oracle files and are part of the 10G install?

Can someone please assist? Many thanks.

I believe that these files are normally provided as part of your service pack (Tools release) - you do not mention in your post what service pack you are on. You may need to check the MTR's on the knowledge garden to see if your service pack (sorry Tools release - old habits die hard) is OK for Oracle 10g.
