Different kinds of problems on the system due to possible CNC Concerns

We are experiencing weird situations on our system, and for that reason we are issuing a case under CNC-System Performance. Here is a summary for our case:

1- Unexpected Errors on the Web Clients due to generation error: Incident both standard and customized reports or applications have been corrupted due a generation error. These types of errors are occuring both on Live (PD) and Test (PY) but more on the PY.

2- Certain standard and customized reports are acting weird (ie: they process normally, but their logical outcome is wrong) taking into consideration that the same programs or reports were acting just fine before. For example: We had a a customized report which was acting fine month ago, but this month it acted weird (The report could not get a next number for a batch, and wrote it as zero batch in GL (F0911))

3- We have applications that generate logical errors on web clients (ex: error due to date) and they should not do so, while they acted just fine when I logged to the Fat Client and Lunch the applications from PD Env rather than JPD.

--- Such mentioned cases began to appear gradually after applying an ESU which was applied successfully on PY and had major problems while applying it on PD. But the ESU was fixed later according to our CNC consultant ----

Please advise because our production has been affected very negatively...

We are on EnterpriseOne 811 SP1 Tools Release 8.96G1

It might also help to specify your platform (AS/400, HP9000, Intel, Linux, Windows, DB/2, Oracle, SQL Server 2000/2005, etc.).

Hi all, and thank you for your support.

This is the summary for our systems:
8.11 – TR 8.96.G1
Ent Srv: IntelNT - SQL2000
Web Srv Win2003 SP1 – WAS 6.0.2
Fat Client WebShpere: WAS 6.0.0.1

As you see on our generation machine, the Webshere 6.0.0.1 is installed, and according to Oracle, this version of Webshpere is not on the supported level of our tools release. Could it be that reason for having corruptions and problems on the web?

Concerning the ESU: It has been applied normally on PY and had no problems, but when applied on PD we have problems.

Please advise...
