Thin Client Error

Hi,

The end user is getting an error after he has logged in.

I'll tell u breiefly the steps that I have performed and the error that he is getting.

First of all i have created 4 users and given them the roles that were supposed to be given to them. The roles were decided by the Functional Team.

There are no login issues found for 3 users. But for 1 user, he is getting an error when he iz tryin 2 login from a thin client.


"You do not have access to the applications menu. Please contact your System Administrator."

Also the fast path is not showing up.

The environment assigned to them is JPD.

The steps that I have already taken::

--> Checked for any security issues for those users
--> Checked for any security issues for those roles
--> Checkded for fast path security

I found that there was as such no security issue for the above 3.

Check their security settings for solutions explorer in P00950 if you are on 8.11 or 8.12 they need to have view to menu design and if you use fast path you need to allow then fast path in that security also....Preset 1 is the best option for most users.
