Unpredictable Cost change by P4205

Hello,
we faced an unexplicable error in P4205.
Sometimes (3 cases by now), during Cost Update the cost increase up to billions (!!!) per unit.
According to F4111 there were no transactions before, that could caused it.
What's wrong?

have you made sure that the decimal separators are set up correctly for all the users? Just a thought, hope this helps (seen similar problems before caused by decimal separator characters differing between users)

I don't think is caused by separator:
from 96.2857 up to 3664466096.9472 per unit...
I've found UDC 40/AV - if I turn off Average Cost Update by P4205 and R42800, may this protect in future such cases?

Did changing 40/AV work for you? I need to try it... I have similar very large average cost (some negative), and found this (roughly translated from French): "P42800 calls X4181 without feeding currency code. This causes a division error." The items I have problems with HAVE been sold on foreign sales orders.
