Customer Self-Service

Hi,

Has anyone installed Customer Self-Service, a CRM module, in 8.11 on a windows server?

I cannot find documentation anywhere for this product and I need to get it installed. Oracle support has been bouncing me all over their support network to no avail.

Did you have any luck on this and are you live on CRM 8.11 now? I am looking for organizations that are live on CRM 8.11 or 8.12 to talk to. Please let me know if you are.
