Question about ESU

Hello All,

I was always under the impression that the HTML which accompanies an ESU shows all the objects affected by it. With this being said, when we apply the ESU, the project which it creates would always have the same objects in OMW.

Am I in correct in my assumption?

Recently, for one of the ESU, it showed 6 objects in the HTML file however there were only 4 objects in the OMW project which it created.
Is this an anomaly?

Could some one please shed some light on this subject?

Two of the objects did not change from a previous ESU you installed that included some or all of the objects. Since you already had the latest version of these objects, there was no reason to install them again.

CAVEAT: This net change feature makes it very important to deploy all ESU's you install to all fat clients and servers. Skipping even one can cause serious problems on individual workstations.
