Business Function Library could not be loaded error

We are trying to enter and process work orders and we are getting an error. The Business Function Libraray CMFGBASE could not be loaded on Server. Because of unknown cache-state on the server, you must exit this application all the way to the menu. Please notify you Oneworld system admin tohave the problem corrected before atempting to run the Business Function F4801TGetTagRecord again.

This works ok on a FAT but not on a THIN client. This also worked fine before we installed SP23 this past weekend.
