Batch in Use

We have an issue were to many users are being kick out of citrix , casuing batch in use errors.

If anyone has or is expreincing the same, please comment on causes or thoery on why this would happen.

Do you have a jde.log from the user session before they logged in again? This might help to debug this problem. How may servers do you have in the farm, if there is a farm, and do you know if they are rebooting? Which environment do the users log in to and where are they running their UBE's?
