Terminal Services question

We are using TSE here and when the user signs in to the server they loose the task bar. This will cause a problem when the user wants to open more then one application. They can not go back to the main menu with out closing out of the application they are in. Has anyone else had this same problem and what was done to fix it?

I'm presuming that you mean the Citrix application is opening full screen and you want to get back to the Citrix program neighbourhood to launch another application.
Have you tried ALT + TAB to switch between the thin client app and the Program Neighbourhood?

We are not having a problem with our Citrix application, it is the Microsoft
Terminal Services or TSE. Once the user signs in through TSE, all they get
is the one JDE screen, ALT + TAB doesn't do anything. If they minimize the
TSE application, then can access their own desk top and task bar, but if
they max. the TSE application, then they don't even get their own taskbar.
