Order Multiples in Sales Order Entry

We are trying to configure Sales Order Entry to force our customers to order in case multiples. For example, the item comes 10 eaches per case and the order entry clerk wants to receive an error or warning message if they try to enter an order for any quantity NOT a multiple of 10.

I know this sounds very obvious, but should you be a different UOM to sell
this item - i.e. case?

Whatever you do, make sure to keep the default unit of measure equal to the lowest unit of measure possible.
