Citrix Slow Login Issue

We are currently experiencing a problem with users having to wait a long time for the JDE application login window to come up after initiating a session from program neighborhood. So far this only seems to affect a small number of users. Others using the same servers don't experience any problem at all. Our Citrix servers are Win2K SP3.

Any ideas what might be happening? Has anyone else seen this problem before?

Can it be a fight over the same JDE.ini file?
Check the archives; it was discussed a lot.

If you have TSE profiles copied down from another server, you might check those users profile directories for large files - especially if it is a remote server over a slower WAN link.

We had a similar issue that manifested while we were converting from NT 4 to Win 2K Active Directory. When the conversion was completed, the problem disappeared.

We experienced similar problems before. It is related to the Citrix client - Program Neighbourhood. We updated it to V7.00.17534 and the problem went away.
