We had a user that entered a new part number in the item master. His computer locked up so he ended the tasks. Now JDE seems to have locked the item master slowing down other users accessing the Item Master. Does anyone know a hidden fix for this issue? We tried deleting the record and recreating it from JDE but it locks up the computer and does not allow the record to be deleted. Restarting the server hopefully will fix our issue but we are unable to do so until tonight. Anyone have a fix without rebooting the server?
