Workflow: removal old versions

Hi,


When developing workflows you get after some time tons of old versions that can't be edited anymore. When trying to delete them through the Process Master, an error occurs:

Error: Delete invalid
Cause: The activity of process can not be deleted because there are instances for it in the activity or process instance tables.
Solution: Select a different activity or process to delete.

First we thought that the old version could not be deleted because of the presence of not terminated activities (Viewed in the process activity monitor). After terminating all the activities of a version, that version still could not be deleted.

Any ideas someone? It really would be handy to be able to delete them, they are of no use after all.

PS: I apologize if you get this mail twice. I first posted it in the wrong list.

I think you need run the R98860P report to delete all the completed processes. Once you delete the completed process, you can delete the version.
