PO values clearing upon check-in

I have a developer who has a custom report and several versions of that
report. The report also uses a custom PO template (all 55's). This is an
ex-JDE developer so she has her act together regarding the tools.

Here's the deal. We add the report and the version to a project at status 21.
We check out the base and the version. We set the PO values on the version.
We check in the base and check the PO values. Still there. Then we check in
the version and check the PO values. Not there. They are all blanked for
this version seemingly when the version is checked in.

This doesn't happen for an existing JDE base/version we've tested but she's
reporting that this has happened before on different reports.

Just wondering if anyone has seen this from OMW.

It sounds like you had the PO template checked in as well.
Try the following steps to see if it works.

1. Check out the UBE base and all the versions but not the PO template.
2. Change the PO settings on all the versions then check them back in.
3. Check out those versions and see if the PO settings are still there. If they are, just release the tokens of those versions and promote the project.
