Hello,
I am trying to get barcodes out of JDE. I have a Zebra LP2844. I am using the generic txt driver for windows to install the printer on my local pc. The printer is in Line Mode. I then, setup the printer threw JDE to be a line printer. I have my version set to print directly to that printer everytime I run the report. Of course this isn't working. So for testing sake, I have just created a alpha variable in RDA, and assigned it a value that I have proven gets me a barcode from my printer.

When I run the report... locally or on the server... I get no barcode. So, I set teh printer to print to file so that I can see what Jde is spitting out, and all I'm getting is a control character... not the rest of my report.
Has anyone run into something like this before??? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Going to a 3rd party label software for this is not an option if we intend to go live at the date we have.
