Win XP Install

Hello,
We are planning to impliment the XP install and as you all must be aware of that the XP doesnt allow any updates etc in the root of C: drive without full administrative rights on the client. ( we have fat clients operating in user mode).
Can anyone let us know how to resolve this issue as we cannot provide admin rights to the user as a company policy.
Is there a way out to make this work?

Win2000 is better choise for fat client.
But if you must use only WinXP y can give neccessary rigths for users to several files in c: root that needs for running OneWorld

Thanks for that, that seems to be the easiest way out, although we would have prefered a more elaborate process. XP is imminent and I think that with ERP 9 (which will be implimented later), it should be OK.Please post any further solutions if you have.
