VO issue with SP21F

FYI,

Our VO's did not work at SP21F. We noticed it in Japanese first, then some of our Spanish users noticed it. We have loaded SP21G and the problem appears to have been corrected.

Also, SP 21 was supposed to allow you to not have to cycle services after a deploy to the ES, however this is not the case. You should still cycle your services.

Tom, thanks for your alert. It saved me a lot of time. We had the same issue with SP21F and portuguese. I downloaded SP21H1 and fixed it.
