Task Scheduler in Win 2000 & JDE version

Good Afternoon. This is really my first time posting and not sure if I am in the right area, so forgive me if so. I am running a JDE version on our Win 2000 task scheduler. The report/version runs but the data does not replicate correctly in JDE. If we manually run the report within JDE the info replicates and is accurate. (MRP work orders) I tried creating a new version and that still does not work. I run that new version manually in JDE and it works. All the other reports/versions on the scheduler run correctly. This is really the only one. JDE Denver can not support me bc it is a customized report. Does anyone have any information? Thank you for your help.
