Trial balance Report R09410

Hi all,
I am trying to replicate the trial balance report for last year and cannot seem to do this simply by pulling data from the F0902. Does anyone know how i could get year end balances?

Hi SG,

have you entered the date patterns regarding the old year ?
(G09411 / P0011 / select the company / EXIT button "Date Patterns")

The F0902 does not store the YE balance, only the monthly balances.
The only YE balances stored are those form the BS and IS Accounts.
To get what you want you would need to sum the balances in all periods to get the ending balance, however....
If you use the report wizard and select the Financial Reports radio button and take the default page header and default business view you can then select a smart feild as a column in you report, the field 'Prior Year Account Balance' will get you what you want.
The Smart Feilds are very helpful in developing any financial report but they do rely on specific business views. There is some OK documentation on Smart feilds and Financial Reports on the KG it might be worth a few minutes checking those out.
