SP21...what\'s up?

Has anyone heard the status of Service Pack 21? It was due out a couple of weeks ago, showed up in the Update Center for a while (with documentation but no downloads available), and now does not appear at all...

Re: SP21...what\'s up?

The new release date is Jan 21st. I assume there were QA issues. This seems
to be a pretty important SP since it supports Win2K SP3, SQL Server SP3 and
Citrix FR2.

Just checked the Update Center and SP21 is there now with a build date of Dec. 30.

Re: RE: SP21...what\'s up?

SP21 is not ready for general use, as it is being held while they work on a few bugs. SP21 for both the client and the enterprise server (that was out on the Knowledge Garden) was at a pre-release status – it is gone now. The reason for this being that it was REQUIRED that you install the first OneOff with the main service pack immediately. Now they have decided to hold the service pack and re-master it to include the first oneoff and resolve the existing bugs prior to releasing the service pack to clients.
