Printing Problem

I have a user who executes UBE R07233 (Auto Deposit Advices) and it generates a 1261 page report. When she attempts to print it the output comes out in garbled output. The work around for this problem is to break the output into smaller files (around 250 pages) and the output is normal.

The printer is a HP900 Laser Jet with 64 MB memory and the report is generated locally.

Any ideas as to what might cause/resolution to this problem would be appreciated.
