Add an Employee - Several screens

To add an Employee the user has to step through several screens. Is there a processing option that can be set to make sure that only a couple of screens are completed before an employee is added.

I know about the quick hire program. But i would like to use the original screen.

I am not aware of that. I am a XE developer. The only way I see it is to either modify or custom develop the program to be the way you want it to be. A little work but helps in long term.
