Submit report stop at waiting status...

Dear all,
We experiencing this lately :
all of our submitted report stop at waiting status
What should I look for to fix this ?
This morning everything is fine, user can submit the report and got their printed doc, but now all of their submitted report are never reach done status (stop at waiting status).

hi i dint know if it helps but on the odd occasion we have had this our cnc team have I believe stopped and restarted oneworld

I have done that (several times ) but the problem still persist.
