How OneWorld does database replication?

Our customer's got one central office and some offices in country. He wants get solution with data replication. Every regional office work with P4210 application. Data from office_1 will be replicated between office_1 and central_office. Data from office_2 will be replicated between office_2 and central_office. Does OneWorld data replication between office_1 and office_2 ?
I think about data movementffice_1 --> central_office --> office_2, office_2 --> central_office --> ofice_1. Is that right? Or OneWorld does only data replication office_1 --> central_office and office_2 --> central_office and data from office_1 don't be replicated to office_2.
What schema is right?

you have to declare publisher Office_1 and subscriber Office_2 and Central_office and another declaration with Office_2 publisher and Office_1 and Office_central as subscriber. Attention!!!! How do you manager Order Number Next Number?
