WW's and V4R5

WW\'s and V4R5

We upgraded to V4R5 about a month ago and we have some users that can no longer run WW's. We are on A7.3 Cume 10.
The users that are having the problem have their user class/group cost center security set to 6 ranges. When we in the Business Systems area run it, ours is only 3, we do not have any problem running the WW's.
We believe the size of the query select is not long enough to handle all of the data selection it needs, so it gets hung up and doesn't do anything. Has IBM shortened the length of this variable?
Has anyone experienced anything like this and if so how did you fix it? Or does anyone have any suggestions, other than removing some of the users cost center security ranges.

Thank you,
Jim

Re: WW\'s and V4R5

One of my clients had the same problem. The latest Database Group PTF from IBM solved it. Please note that this is not the same as the latest cumulative ptf.

RE: WW\'s and V4R5

Hi There,
Can you save me some time?
Can you tell me what the Database Group PTF number is and which cum PTF
package you are referring to?
The latest cum is C2050450.

Thanks and Regards

RE: WW\'s and V4R5

Do you know the PTF number off hand or the link to IBM's page? I am not
finding it on IBM's site.

Thank you,
Jim

RE: RE: WW\'s and V4R5

In the emails back & forth in JDELIST people have been talking about
problems with WW after going to V4V5 & V5R1. This is a PTF suggested for
V4R5. Do we have it?
