Anybody knows what this error means

10054-Error from Host=<10.32.8.90> in recv returned 10054 (WSAECONNRESET): Connection was reset by peer

Hi,

I saw that message in three different situations :

1. When there are network timeouts (it takes too long to
communicate between Enterprise Server and databases or
between clients and Enterprise Server).
2. When Security Server is longer than 10 chars (had
that bizarre message on E811SP1, was fixed when renamed
my server to 10 chars).
3. When Security Server is down.
