Work Orders - Producing More than one Product with One Work Order

We are currently on A9.1.1, discrete envivornment. We are slitting a 45000 lb coil of steel into multiple part numbers, say 9000 lbs of X, 18,000 lbs of Y and 18,000 lbs of Z. This sounds like process mfg. JDE documentation pretty vague, will require lots of experimentation. Any assistance or white papers greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are planning to migrate from JDE version A7.3 to A9.3 to all system. Can you guide us what are the required changes we should keep into focus and also like to understand the difference between A7.3 and A9.3, what are the functions which chnaged in A9.3 then A7.3

YES, IF your definition of "Instance" refers to menu G944 options 2, 5,
and 6. Clone JDE application data to the other libraries you define at
menu G944.



If your definition of "instance" is another IBM I machine, copy data to
that IBM I machine.

If your definition of "Instance" is something different, please describe
further.
