Is there any way to add more than one assigned technician in working with work orders.

My situation is simple, I need to be able to add more than one technician to a single work order. Is this possible?

The answer is it depends on the release of JDE you are on and you licensing agreement with Oracle as it pertains to which modules you have.

If you are on release 8.9 or above you can use the Resource Assignments module to handle this if you have licensed this module. If you simply just want to assign multiple resources, this is usually enough. If you want to manage more of a schedule and availability of your maintenance organization, you probably would also want to use Crew Scheduling which is part of this module and available in 8.10 and above.
