Windows XP-SP3 and World Vision GUI Problems

Hi all;

We have a very perplexing problem going on with our World Vision GUI product. We have been keeping up with Windows XP updates, and applied an update to the SP3 level of the OS on each PC, and we have had problems with -some- of the PC's World Vision GUI product not handling the cursor control.
What is happening is that when a user goes into a screen which contains multiple sub-file entries (like Journal Entry) on the first TAB or Enter key, the cursor disappears and then reappears on the first enterable field on the subfile. This causes a big problem for keying multiple entries by the WV GUI users, but does not appear in the normal "green screen" environment.
This does not happen with all users, just certain users and we have confirmed that all are running on the latest Client Access, have the same SP3 program updates applied. There have been no other changes to the JDE environment here other than W2 and 1099 updates being applied in January.
We are at CUM 15 A7.3, and have been for some time.
This problem surfaced on April 1.
Ideas on what this could be or where to look for the fix?
We have worked with Oracle's help desk, who reported that most customers who have had this did a forced upgrade to CUM 16, but we are not in a position to do this at this time. They have stopped supporting the WV GUI Seagull product and have no suggestions on how to determine what is causing the issue on the individual PC's.
Our workaround is for the user to use the mouse to click on the enterable line they need, after every entry. A bit of a pain, but does the job.

Suggestions? Ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
