What happened to the fav icon?

The icon of my favourites JDEList just turned to the Windows flag today. It used to be a JDElist-specific icon.
I tried deleting the link, and re-adding, no joy.
This new icon also shows on my IE7 browsing tabs for forum posts on this site.
Flags everywhere!
