Web Timeout Issue

The users can get logged off from the web servers if the session cookies are not configured properly. Did you try setting those up? There was a solution in old Peoplesoft customer connection which talked about it.

But for DNS, it didnt work for us cos of sessions not being maintained by DNS. We are trying out a new Virtual appliance in our Test system and it looks to be working fine till now.
