Web Client - Message Form Display Error

I am currently testing an interactive application I built to be deployed on the web client. So far, I am having an issue with the way the message forms are being displayed in the html client. The message forms are suppossed to display small popup messages, instead when the message is displayed it occupies the whole screen and the content along with the OK button are shifted to the upper left corner.

Has anybody seen something like this or have any clue on how to solve the issue.
