Visual ER Compare Utility

I am in a process of upgrading from B733.1 to Xe.

I would like to know :

1. Can ER Compare Utility be used to compare objects from B733.1 to CRP Enviornment in Xe

2. If yes, what are the steps required to be taken to compare the B733.1 objects in Xe Enviornment
