Hi List!
We are in the process of moving from World to OneWorld. There are a lot of changes in structure for the A/R module and it is causing problems with our users researching past transactions. I need to know if anyone knows of a good way to see how unapplied cash was used in OneWorld. The following is an example of what we are having trouble researching.
In World, on check #123, there was a zero(debits offset credits) with 3 credits (2 RU's, 1 CR) and 4 debits. In World I can look at check #123 and see all three credits clearing the 4 debits. However, in OW under check #123, only one credit clearing one debit can be seen because the other transactions occur under the check where the RU's being used were created. The big question is how would someone know this in OneWorld? We can explain after seeing the problem and comparing World to OneWorld, but how would a user know that other transactions occurred in this zero?
Any help would be great!
