Vertex Connection on new Environment

We have created a new Environment and I am trying to get Vertex (Sales and Use) to connect to the new Environment.

The OCM mappings have been verified.
The ODBC has been verified. I connected to the Vertex database via EXCELL using the ODBC Connection.
The F7308 is pointing to the correct Database.

JDE 8.9
OS Windows Enterprise Server
SQL Database Windows.

The pathcode for the new environment is PD9.

Everything works except Vertex. When we test using P73GEO we receive no records.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Have similar problem, we have just installed 9.0 with TR 8.98.2.4 on aix 5.3 with oracle 11i, vertex sales 3.3, vertex payroll 2.4 . We are trying to connect to same vertex db our 8.10 release uses. OCM, db connection, F7308 are correct. We have moved the vertex .so files to the jde libv32 path, but will not connect. Debug log shows:
