Hi List

I need some guidance please. I am looking for reference material to assist with drafting a policy/procedure document relating to purging and/0r updating historical data, (exclusive of the set up tables) For example, if I change an object number in the chart of accounts, what tables should be updated with the change and why. (Balance change to benefit) Any help would be appreciated.
