Unit Of Measure conversion

I have a customer who must order specific items in (EA) unit of measure, yet the products comes in Bundles. For example, item ABC is 25 EA to 1 BD. If our customer orders 75 (EA), then our warehouse must convert the order to indicate a quantity of 3. Can't I modify the Unit Of Measure conversion table to accomodate this request. Also, when I send back an 856 EDI transaction to the customer, the quantity ordered must be the original quantity in (EA). Anyone else ever have this situation?

We did a customization into Sales order entry for one of project. The program will override the qty entered in EA to packs or bundles etc.
