Unable to create table F0911 EONE 8.11

Hi all,

We have a issue trying to create the F0911 table under iSeries enviromment. We have an iSeries with the V5R3 release full updated till MAY3006. Our OS language is Spanish (CCSID=284) and our proxy user have the same CCSID.

This table have a field named "GLREG#" that must be translated into spanish charset as "GLREGÑ". When we try to create the table under JDE OMW we get this error in the JDE.log:

.-Jdbodbc.c8330 ODB0000163 - wSQLPrepare failure. rc=-1
.-[IBM][Controlador ODBC de iSeries Access][DB2 UDB]SQL0113 - Name GLREG# not allowed.
.-Jdb_drvm.c982JDB9900401 - Failed to execute db request
.-Failed to create table F0911 in data source Business Data - PROD

Any idea about this problem?

very late !
the problem is with your ALIAS in the Table custom , I had the same problem with the ALIAS "DELC"
this alias have a blank in the first character

change the ALIAS and create again
